At Corqentra S.A. ("Corqentra", "we") we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information you provide when you use corqentra.com.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the subscription form (name and email address) and the technical data associated with your navigation (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and date and time of access).
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (i) add you to our waitlist and send you news about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina; (ii) respond to your queries; (iii) improve the experience of the site; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations, including Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your express consent (art. 5, Law 25,326), the performance of contractual obligations and Corqentra's legitimate interest in managing the relationship with potential investors.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for the applicable legal periods afterwards. You can request deletion at any time by writing to hola@corqentra.com.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) that act as processors under our instructions and confidentiality commitments. Where applicable, international transfers are performed with adequate safeguards under current regulations.
7. Your rights
Under Law 25,326 you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data. To exercise them, please write to hola@corqentra.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, 2nd Floor, CABA) is the supervisory authority and you may file complaints before it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit (TLS) and internal access controls.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes to our services. The current version will be published on this same page with its update date.
